Ship your order directly to a safe and convenient local Post Office or Canada Post Retail location with the Deliver to Post Office Service.
- Over 6200 Deliver to Post Office locations are available throughout Canada, providing convenience, security and local pick up.
- To ship your order to a Post Office or Canada Post Retail location, select “Deliver to Post Office” on the shipping page during checkout, and select your desired location. There is no additional charge for this service.
- Post Office Retail locations found in London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart and Sobeys have extended hours and weekend pick-ups. Canada Post Office locations are open during the normal Canada Post Office hours of operation.
- You can monitor the shipment of your order using your tracking number and accessing www.purolatorinternational.com.
- When your order arrives at your selected location, the Deliver to Post Office service will send an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
- When you pick up your order, please make sure to bring your photo ID matching the name you provided on the Newegg shipping page and a copy of your order confirmation.
- The payment method on your order must be a credit card.
- Deliver to Post Office is not available for items that are shipped directly from a marketplace seller.
- The Deliver to Post Office service shipping time with PuroPost is the same as Newegg’s Ground shipping option. Faster delivery is available on most items using Newegg’s Express Service. Newegg’s Express Service is not available for Deliver to Post Office locations.
- Deliver to Post Office shipments cannot be rerouted to a different Deliver to Post Office location, home or business address after your order is placed.
- In the event your item does not meet the Deliver to Post Office criteria, a message during the checkout process on the order review page will ask you to ship to a home or business address.
- If you do not pick up your order in 5 days a reminder notification will be sent by email or you may receive a telephone call as a courtesy. The Post Office will keep your order for 15 calendar days. If you do not pick up your order within that time, your order will be returned to Newegg.
- Deliver to Post Office is a feature available when Newegg ships your parcel via PuroPost service for delivery within Canada. PuroPost is unique shipping service where Purolator picks up your parcel from Newegg and turns over to Canada Post to perform the end delivery to final destination.
- The shipping time frame for the parcel is 2-7 business days.
