Order verification or address verification, is one of the ways that we prevent online fraud and protect you from anyone using your credit card against your knowledge.

After an order has been created, the order cannot be edited. In some rare cases you may be allowed to edit the order if there is a mistake on your address or credit card, this will depend on your payment method.

When an item is out of stock, you can either select backorder, or if available; the Auto-Notify button, in which we will email you as soon as we receive more inventory.

For items that have a pre-order option available, you will see a Pre-Order button where you normally see Add to Cart. On the item page you will find any available release dates.

Once you place an order it usually takes a few minutes for a new order to show up. If you’re not sure if your order went through; wait 15 minutes, and then check your order history or your email for a confirmation.

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before leaving the warehouse, while Marketplace items may take 1-3 business days. Once your order has generated tracking information, you will be notified via email.

You can cancel most orders before they ship by using the online order tracking tool or by logging in to your account.

Once you cancel an order, it cannot be undone and you will have to place a new order. Once voided, if your payment method was charged you will receive a refund within a specific amount of time.

We currently do not take purchase orders. If you have a Newegg account you can enter in a Purchase Order number during checkout, but this is only for your personal reference.
