Newegg.ca offers a variety of shipping options to accommodate our customers' delivery requirements. Shipping rates and times will vary based on destination and shipment size.

Instead of shipping to your home or business address, we can ship your order directly to a Canada Post Office or Canada Post Office Retail location. Some restrictions apply.

Signature requirements are based on the shipping method. We cannot add or remove the requirement for any order.

To ship to a PO Box, select Ground shipping as your delivery method, and write the PO Box in the first line of your shipping address during checkout. Please see here for more info and restrictions.

If your package is damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, please contact Newegg Customer Service for assistance through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

For large items, we offer Large Item Delivery as a shipping method. You have the option to choose Front Door delivery to your front door, or with White Glove delivery the driver conveniently brings the item in and unpacks it for you.

PuroPost is a shipping service provided by Purolator in partnership with Canada Post. Purolator picks up your package from our warehouse and tenders it to Canada Post for final delivery.

Newegg.ca ships to Canada only. Orders may be fulfilled by our warehouses in Canada or the United States depending on availability.

Once your order is ready you will receive your tracking number directly in your email. You can track your package through the carrier or directly through the link in your email.
