To check the return policy for an item, go to the item's page, then click the Warranty & Returns tab.
An item's return policy and warranty information can be found on the item page under the Warranty & Returns tab. The return policy and warranty begin from the date of invoice.
Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to process back to the original method of payment. A check Is mailed to the billing address on your account if the original payment method is no longer available.
We do not offer exchanges for a different item but you can return your item for a refund as long as it's eligible.
