Several provinces have enacted regulations which impose environmental handling fees ("EHF") on purchases of certain consumer electronic products. EHF amounts vary by province.

Order verification or address verification, is one of the ways that we prevent online fraud and protect you from anyone using your credit card against your knowledge.

For items that have a pre-order option available, you will see a Pre-Order button where you normally see Add to Cart. On the item page you will find any available release dates.

We currently do not take purchase orders. If you have a Newegg account you can enter in a Purchase Order number during checkout, but this is only for your personal reference.

Items with a quantity limit will reset after 48 hours. Limits are tracked by account, payment method, phone number, etc. Cancelled orders do not count towards your limit.

Newegg.ca charges GST and HST, PST, RST, or QST, if applicable, on all sales as required by law.
