Returns (RMA)

These are Newegg's Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Newegg website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

Newegg.ca offers returns for most items within 30 days of an order’s invoice date. You can set up a return online or by contacting Newegg Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.

When an item is returned; the time needed to inspect and process your return depends on the kind of item, and testing required.

Return shipping is only covered by Newegg if the returning item is defective. Please contact us for items shipped under Large Item Delivery.

We do not offer exchanges for a different item but you can return your item for a refund as long as it's eligible.

Returning a laptop, tablet, or PC is the same as returning any other item except that the return processing time is 2-3 business days.
