Important shipping information

  • All orders require 1 Business Day for processing prior to shipping. Marketplace orders may take up to 3 business days.
  • Newegg.ca does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
  • While Newegg.ca and our shippers will make every effort to get your order to you within the allotted time, international customs processing may occasionally delay shipments.
  • Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable. These fees are for the services provided by the carrier, and will not be refunded if the item is returned for any reason.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 2-7 business days.

Express Shipping

  • Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Standard International Shipping

  • Delivery within 3-9 business days.
  • International means the item will ship from a U.S. warehouse (any customs fees will be included in the shipping and handling).

Express International Shipping

  • Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • International means the item will ship from a U.S. warehouse (any customs fees will be included in the shipping and handling).

Large Item Delivery and White Glove Delivery

  • Both delivery methods are designed for large items, like TVs or appliances. White Glove Delivery, however, features room-specific delivery plus unpacking and optional disposal of packing material. For more information, please visit the FAQs for Large Item Delivery and White Glove Delivery.
  • Delivery within 3 to 7 business days for most items.
  • Large Item Delivery is not available to YT, NT, NU and some unique locations, such as specific islands.
  • An adult signature is required to certify acceptance of delivery.

Pick Up

  • Orders must be placed by 3:30 p.m. (local time) Monday through Friday to be eligible for same day pick up. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. will be available for pick up after 12 p.m. the following business day.
  • A photo I.D., the original credit card used for the order, a physical copy of your “Order Pick Up Slip” and signature are required for package pick up.
  • Orders not picked up within seven calendar days from receiving your “Ready to Pick Up” email will be restocked and refunded.
  • Please see our FAQs for a list of pick-up locations and hours.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Newegg Standard Shipping Service

  • Items shipped by Newegg.

Newegg Marketplace Direct Delivery Service

  • Items shipped directly by the Marketplace Seller.

Newegg Digital Download Delivery Service

  • With downloadable software, you don’t need to wait for shipping. In general, you will receive a download link and security code within 1-3 hours (up to 1 business day if your order requires additional verification to process).
