Returning a laptop, tablet, or desktop PC

Returning a laptop, tablet, or PC is the same as returning any other item except that the return processing time is 2-3 business days.
Returning a combo item

Combo items can be returned for a replacement or a refund. The full amount will be refunded when combo items are returned. You also have the option to keep the combo item, and a discount will be subtracted from your refund.
Returning a consumable item (ink, paper, etc.)

In order to return a consumable item (printer ink, paper, blank CDs, etc.), the item must be unopened. You can contact our Newegg Customer Service center, and an agent will be glad to set up a return for your unopened item.
