Open Box Return Policy
Open Box items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Because these products are sold at a discount as Final Sale, they cannot be returned for any reason except those listed below.
If your Open Box item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Newegg can help with a replacement request if you report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Open the order from your Order History and select Replace, or contact Customer Service for help.
