- Depending on how you received your gift card, it will either be automatically applied to your account or, if it was purchased and sent to you, you can add it to your account using the gift card details in the email.
- You can add your gift card to your balance from within your account settings under the "Gift Cards" section
How can I check my gift card balance?
If you have a gift card balance, you can view it in your account settings under "Gift Cards" or in your cart when checking out with an eligible item.
How do I add funds from my gift card balance to my order?
- Any amount available in your gift card balance will be auto-applied to eligible orders during checkout.
- If you did not want to use your gift card balance, there will be an option to remove it from your order during checkout.
Does my gift card balance expire?
Expirations depend on the gift card type:
- Purchased gift cards and Store Credit gift cards do not expire
- Promotional Gift Cards expire one (1) year after issuance unless otherwise specified
- Customer Care Gift Cards expire one (1) year after issuance
