Estimated arrival date
Newegg shows the best-estimated arrival date for each item. Most orders need 1–2 business days to process before they ship, and that processing time is separate from the shipping timeframe.
Important: The estimated arrival date is an estimate — not a guaranteed delivery date.
Why might my package be delayed?
A few common reasons your delivery date may slip:
• Order issue — an error with the product itself.
• Inventory shortage.
• Credit card verification — can take up to 2 business days.
• Incorrect shipping or billing address.
• Missing house number, unit number, or other address detail.
• Weather conditions at origin or destination.
• Customs review (international shipments).
What counts as a business day?
Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, U.S. federal holiday, or any other holiday observed by Newegg. If a Newegg-observed holiday falls on a Saturday, we generally observe it on the preceding Friday.

Newegg.ca ships within Canada only. At checkout, available shipping methods and arrival estimates update based on your postal code. For the most common reasons an address can’t be shipped to, see the dropdown at the bottom of this panel.
Ship your order directly to a safe, convenient local Post Office or Canada Post retail location with the Deliver to Post Office service. Over 6,200 locations are available across Canada, and there’s no additional charge.
To use it, select Deliver to Post Office on the shipping page during checkout and choose your desired location. Retail locations inside London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Sobeys have extended hours and weekend pickup; standalone Canada Post offices follow normal Canada Post hours.
Picking up your order
• When your order arrives, you’ll get an email that it’s ready for pickup.
• Bring photo ID matching the name on your Newegg shipping page and a copy of your order confirmation.
• The payment method on the order must be a credit card.
• Track your shipment with your tracking number at purolatorinternational.com.
• If you don’t pick up within 5 days, we’ll send a reminder (email or courtesy call). The Post Office holds your order for 15 calendar days, after which it’s returned to Newegg.
Good to know
Deliver to Post Office ships via PuroPost (Purolator hands the parcel to Canada Post for final delivery), taking 2–7 business days — the same as Ground shipping. Express Service is not available for Post Office delivery.
It’s not available for items shipped directly by a Marketplace seller, and shipments can’t be rerouted to another location, home, or business address after the order is placed. If an item doesn’t qualify, a checkout message will ask you to ship to a home or business address.
Returns follow the standard return procedure.
We do not offer deliveries to PO Boxes. Please provide a home or business address, or use the Deliver to Post Office service above.

Why does it say we can’t ship to my address?
Some products are prohibited or can’t ship to certain delivery locations for a few reasons:
• Your delivery location may be out of range of our shipping carriers.
• If the item is sold and shipped by a Marketplace seller, the seller may have shipping restrictions — check with the seller directly.
• Some products, such as items with Lithium-Ion batteries, can only be delivered by ground shipping.
• If shipping is only available by air to your location, the item may not be eligible to ship to you.

Large Item Delivery is the shipping method we use for large items such as TVs and appliances. The carrier is Sameday Worldwide, and delivery takes 3–7 business days. Sameday will call you beforehand to schedule a convenient delivery time. Adult signature is required.
Two delivery options
Front Door: the driver brings the item to your front door. They will not unpack it.
White Glove: the driver brings the item into the room of your choice, unpacks it, and disposes of any packaging you don’t want. This isn’t always recommended, in case you need to return the item.
We require a signature on delivery for certain order types to ensure high-value items reach you safely. There’s no additional charge — Newegg covers it — and the requirement can’t be removed.
Which order types can require an adult’s signature?

• Some “third-party seller” items “shipped by Newegg”
With UPS or Purolator, it’s up to the driver whether a signature is needed or the package can be left safely at your door. You’ll see the signature requirement listed at checkout if your order qualifies.

Will it apply to my entire order?
Only the package containing the pre-selected high-value items will require an adult signature. Items that ship separately will not.
Can I remove the requirement?
No. It protects both you and Newegg — high-value items (like a $500 CPU) are more subject to theft, so the signature helps keep your package safe. You don’t pay for it; Newegg does.
Is it available for all products? Can I add it?
No — it’s only available for certain pre-selected high-value items. If available, it’s added to your shipping method in the cart automatically.
What if I miss the delivery?
For UPS, after at least one delivery attempt you can pick up the package at your local UPS hub. Bring proper ID and call UPS ahead with your tracking number to confirm the hub address and pickup hours.
How do I know if an item requires a signature?
You’ll see it listed at the checkout step when purchasing the item.
Something wrong with your delivery? Let us know within 15 days of the delivery date and we’ll start a refund or replacement — most requests are processed in 2–3 business days.
How to report a delivery issue
1. Find your order. Sign in and open your order history. If you checked out as a guest, use Find Your Order instead.
2. Click Delivery Issues on your order, next to Refund, Replace, and Get Product Help.
3. Select the affected items.
4. Pick a reason and add details so our team can help quickly.
5. Submit your request. We’ll email you refund or replacement details, typically within 2–3 business days.
Which reason should you choose?
• Damaged — the item or its packaging arrived broken. Include clear photos of both the item and the shipping box. You may be asked to return the item; if so, we’ll email a free return label.
• Lost Shipment — tracking says delivered, but you never received the package. If other items need reporting for a different reason, file those separately.
• Missing Item — the package arrived but one or more items inside are missing.

How long does processing take?
Once we receive your request, we’ll process it within 2–3 business days. You’ll get one email when the request is issued and another once it’s processed. If we need more time, we’ll let you know by email.
Do I have to return multiple items separately?
If your items shipped in separate boxes, yes — each box ships back on its own return label. Items that arrived in the same box can usually go back together.
Shipped by Seller
The seller handles processing and ships your order directly — not Newegg. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
Contact the seller for anything related to your order — cancellations, returns, claims, or general questions. They’re best equipped to help.
Shipped by Newegg
Some Marketplace items are picked, packed, and shipped by Newegg even though they’re sold by a third-party seller. For shipping, return, or general inquiries on these orders, contact Newegg — not the seller. You’ll see a “Shipped by Newegg” label on the product page when this applies.
