Returning a laptop, tablet or PC is the same as returning any other item:
- Request an RMA number.
- Pack everything up (including cables, accessories, manuals, etc.).
- Ship it back to us.
Important: The return processing time is 2-3 business days. Please make sure you remove any passwords so that we can access the system for testing and inspection.
