Returning an item

To return an item, you will first need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please click here to request an RMA number, and then follow the return instructions.

MARKETPLACE ITEMS:

Marketplace items must be returned directly to the seller who shipped the item. Please contact them at their email address or phone number to set up a return.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM:

We do not exchange for a different item. Replacements are for the exact same model. If you would like a different item, you would need to return the item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new order for the item you want.
