Once an order is placed, it can no longer be edited. If you need to add, change or remove something, we recommend canceling the order and placing a new one.
Important Information: If there is a mistake on your address or credit card information, you may in rare cases be allowed to edit an order to fix the error (we’ll send you an email with instructions). However, this depends on your payment provider–some forms of payment cannot be edited.
